Athletes are required to be at practice everyday. Coaches ask that athletes arrive at the Water Club five minutes before their practice so that they can change into the necessary clothes and be in the boathouse for the start of their practice. 
Experienced Team Practice:
Mondays - Thursdays 3:00- 5:00pm; Fridays 3:00-6:00pm
Captains' Practices: Boys only Tuesdays, 5:15-6:15 pm, Girls only Thursdays 5:15-6:15 pm, Both teams on Non-race weekend Saturdays 9:00 - 10:30 am
Novice Team Practice:
Mondays - Fridays 5:15 - 6:45pm
If an athlete will not be at practice on a certain day he/she must let the designated coach know no later than 12:00 noon on the day of practice. E-mail is the best form of communication. Below are the appropriate coach emails:
